The production process of dental floss mainly includes two core stages. First, raw materials such as nylon, polyester or PTFE are melted and extruded into floss threads, which are then cooled, stretched and surface-treated (such as wax coating or antibacterial treatment) to ensure smoothness and cleanliness. Then, the floss threads are fixed in the mold, integrated with the plastic handle through injection molding, and after sintering, cutting and quality inspection, they are finally packaged into finished products. We strictly follow FDA/CE standards to ensure product quality.
